HELP US OR HELP MIKE--51:43 (F) I heard this on two different frequencies. One said, "Help Mike." The other said, "Help us." It's always disturbing to hear requests for help. We envision death as internal rest and peace in heaven with God and angels, or at least that's what some do. What if you die and it's vastly different than you imagined? Your belief you held while alive in the physical is suddenly shattered. An adjustment period has to happen. I believe those asking me for help are spirits who haven't adjusted to the spirit world. From the physical side I don't know how to help them. The spirits tell me I do help them. They tell me my spirit leaves my body and at times goes to the spirits asking me for help. I'm not consciously aware of this, but it makes me feel better.

WHO WAS THAT? IT WAS GAYNONR. A fairly loud cough comes through. Obviously from one of us in bed--my wife. A male spirit asked who it was and a female spirit answered. The spikes in the graph below are the cough. Highlighted in blue is where the spirits respond.
Here a female spirit mentions the wind. Why was the wind too much? Did it make it harder for them to come through?

An hour and half has passed since I started the recorder. It's mounted on my bathroom window seal with the window open. A wind storm is happening outside. My bathroom door is closed and I'm asleep. A female spirit calls out my name. She must know I won't hear her while asleep, or does she know something else? Will my spirit hear her?

Spirits say I routinely leave my body and enter into their world. Here is a male spirit requesting I come out.
COME OUT
I ran a session on 2/16/19 for five minutes in my office while I was getting ready for work. Time 5:11am. I instructed the spirits to go to my office and say what ever they wanted. On this audio you hear me retrieving the recorder, door opens and then a female spirit says, "THERE'S MIKE."
Here's another class A EVP on the same session. This male spirit says, "HELLO."
A female spirit inquires about my wife who was asleep in our bedroom across from my office where the recorder was running.
