Operation Wondering Soul

When all else fails use ghosts. Ghosts have been used in war such as the Vietnam war where Operation Wondering Soul was used. Using ghosts or the impersonation of ghosts against their own belief system is playing God. The United States Public Affairs Office--policy number 36 reads:

"Tampering with deeply-held beliefs, seeking to turn them to your advantage means in effect playing God and it should only be attempted if one can get away with it and the game is indeed worth the candle."

It closes by saying, "There can be no excuse for failure." It failed.

On March 29, 1973 the United States military fled the country of Vietnam handing over the city of Saigon and the entire country to the now controlling communist Viet Cong.

What are the consequences for failing in an attempt at playing God?
